Tapioca Noodles

    Ratio (Noodle to water): 1:8 (bowl)

    Pour noodles into boiling water (100ºC)

    Stir until all noodles are floating on water surface

    Turn the heat down to simmer (keep noodles floating with boiling bubbles)

    Boil for 10 minutes

    Turn off the heat and then stew for another 10 minutes.

    Take noodles out of the pot and rinse them in cool water.

    They are now ready to eat, you can add them directly into various drinks, or mix them with sugar, fructose, to create sweet syrups.
