Raw Tapioca Balls

    First add water in a pot. Ratio of water to tapioca pearls is 8:1.

    Bring water to a boil and then add tapioca pearls. Keep stirring while water is boiling.

    Reduce heat to a low flame and continue to cook for 3~35 minutes (depending on the size of the pearls).

    Turn off heat and let sit for 5~20 minutes.

    Scoop pearls out of the pot and rinse with cold water.

    Tapioca pearls can be served hot or cold, eaten alone. or as part of your favorite recipe.
